Our Client Services Coordinator — Judith L.
Gentry
Larry and Chris are extremely fortunate
to be joined at Divorce Resolutions® by Judith L. Gentry.
For ten years, Judy has served with great aplomb,
as our office manager, administrative support leader, and client
relations liaison (whew!).
Judy's Legal &
Mental Health Experience
Judy draws upon
a breadth of legal experience
and skills she garnered through her past employment with
the Iowa District and Magistrate Courts.
She brings,
as well, a seasoned sensitivity and understanding of the
challenges and issues in family systems through her work
with the Colorado Counseling Center and Adams County (Colorado) Community Mental Health Center.
Moreover, Judy regularly enriches her understanding of
practical divorce issues — including emerging legal practice
concerns — through attendance at family law | legal
continuing education opportunities.
Judy's Team Role
Judy is usually the first person to speak
with our prospective clients and learn of their family's
circumstances and needs, and to answer their questions about
our unique mediation process. She continues throughout
their work with us to manage administrative tasks,
schedule appointments and direct their case to a smooth
conclusion.
Our Clients’ Experience
Working With Judy
Our clients consistently tell of us of
their appreciation for Judy's efficiency
and diligence in assisting them through our process to
resolve their Colorado divorce or other parenting
issues.
As an example of our clients’ praise for
Judy:
-
“Judy has superlative customer
service skills. Her personal attention to our
needs really made us feel relaxed and confident during
every phase of the process.” — R.L.
-
“Judy, you have been most helpful
through this whole process, with your attention,
patience and ability to juggle what has been a difficult
situation, with professionalism, kindness, honesty and
straight-forwardness.” — T.G.
-
“Judy, I wanted to thank you for your
professionalism and your kindnesses throughout this
process.” — P.H.
Judy writes the following about herself
and mediation:
“While I was in college in the
1970's, the concept of mediation appeared in my
sociology textbook. I felt mediation would somehow,
someway, be part of my life — I just did not know how or
when. All these years later, I have found out —
I have the opportunity to help people choose
mediation at a very difficult time in their lives.”
