was founded more than 25 years ago by Lawrence F. King, J.D. Larry was a skillful attorney-mediator who assisted divorcing parties and nonmarried parents who were searching for practical solutions to their challenging family law concerns. He built to ease the emotional and financial challenges that divorce can impose on a family.
When Larry retired in 2019, Mediation Arbitration Partners purchased to expand upon the legacy he worked so hard to build. Our goal is to combine the experience of highly qualified family law attorneys along with cutting-edge technology to simplify and streamline the process for you, while ensuring every client receives objective, thoughtful solutions carefully tailored to fit their family’s unique circumstances.
This partnership will allow us to provide arbitration and mediation services from our Denver, Breckenridge, Westminster and Broomfield offices. Whether you are scheduling a session with opposing counsel or need a reliable resource for unrepresented clients, we offer the comprehensive mediation and arbitration services you are looking for.
When first scheduling your mediation with us, we direct you to these introductory information pages. We have created these for five broad types of family or divorce mediation.
These contain suggestions on divorce, paternity or parenting topics we likely may consider in mediation; documents you may wish to gather; optional parenting online exercises; and sometimes legal forms you may wish to review in advance of our work. We also provide here a map of our office locations, driving directions, and our fees and payment policies.
