Evan Branigan

Evan has practiced family law in Colorado for over a decade, handling complex financial matters, marital agreements, and parenting matters, including contested relocations, parenting time disputes, and child support matters.  He brings his professionalism to the table when mediating and uses his direct and compassionate approach to helping clients navigate family matters in a fair and efficient mediation process.

Evan graduated from the University of Colorado Law School (go Buffs) and clerked for Magistrate, Elizabeth Brodsky in Boulder.  Evan has written and presented on topics from spousal maintenance, digital assets, legal typography to Extreme Risk Protection Orders (ERPOs).

Outside of the office Evan loves to play tennis, travel, and hike the Front Range with his wife, twin daughters, and poodle.
